Description
Summary:This paper adresses the issue of the new forms of work organization and questions the issue of the post-bureaucratic organization, particularly the idea that workplaces have gone beyond taylorism and bureaucracy and have become a place where workers learn and develop themselves. The reality appears more nuanced. The author looks into the specific form of work organization, which is work by project, its modes of control of actos in particular. The article is based on a literature review and leads to wonder if the new control processes may be close to systems of surveillance, or of Governamentality, which had been developed by M. Foucault.
