Description
Summary:In the process of change and maintenance material of nuclear power plants, due to the uncontrollable driving force of the existing core thermocouple insertion and removal tools, it is easy to cause the thermocouple to be installed in place, the thermocouple to be easily damaged, or even to have poor sealing, and the pressure boundary of the primary circuit is incomplete and other issues. Aiming at the above problems, this paper takes FPGA as the core controller, and adopts a closed-loop control method with multiple modes of force, speed and displacement, and develops a set of automatic insertion and removal device for nuclear power plant core thermocouple. The device has the advantages of safety and reliability, high control precision, and online observation of multiple parameters.
