description The study aims to examine ambidexterity as a facilitator of innovative behavior. This study examines the impact of ambidexterity on innovative behavior using knowledge sharing as a mediator. This research also wants to explore social media as a learning forum by exploring and exploiting knowledge. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data are obtained from 170 millennial workers. The collected data are analyzed by Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) analysis. The findings and hypothesis testing show several results. First, social media exploration positively influences white-collar zoomers’ social media sharing. Second, social media exploitation positively influences white-collar zoomers’ social media sharing. Third, social media exploitation positively influences white-collar zoomers’ innovative work behaviors. Fourth, social media exploration positively influences white-collar zoomers’ innovative work behaviors. Fifth, social media knowledge sharing has a positive impact as a mediator between social media ambidexterity and innovative work behavior. For originality/value, it is an empirical study about the influence of social media ambidexterity on innovative work behavior through knowledge sharing.
