Summary: | Cyanoacrylate “glue” has been used in a variety of surgical disciplines. In vascular surgery, it has been used to seal type II endoleaks after endovascular aneurysm repair. In this case, we report a rare complication after translumbar injection of n-butyl cyanoacrylate to occlude a persistent type II endoleak.
