The increase in the number of international relations subjects inevitably leads to the expansion of the scope of the international law regulation. Strengthening the economic dependence of the continuity of financial and trade flows is the result of radical changes in the status of transnational corporations. In these circumstances, the violation of human rights by transnational corporations inevitably leads to the need of international cooperation. This article is focused on the contemporary issues of the transnational corporations’ legal status, issues of human rights violation by transnational corporations in frames of the international responsibility institution development. |
