Summary:This study aims to highlight the role of process reengineering in the achievement of institutional excellence in the National Institute of Well Works (ENTP) by looking at the relationship between the reengineering of administrative processes and institutional excellence. The sample of the study was in individuals working in different interests of the institution, The researchers used the descriptive analytical method to highlight the concepts related to the subject of the study, to analyze them and to extrapolate the results. To achieve the objectives of the study, the questionnaire was prepared, which included 32 paragraphs to gather the initial information. 65 questionnaires were processed by statistical program 23SPSS V, The study found a number of results, including that the institution in question is very interested in both the reengineering of administrative processes and the achievement of institutional excellence. Finally, this study concludes that the achievement of institutional excellence is affected With three factors: information technology, commitment and conviction of senior management, and willingness to change.
