Trabajo en plataformas digitales en España: primeras sentencias y primeras discrepancias
This paper analyzes the first two sentences in Spain about the legal qualification of work in digital platforms and study the problems that in this area are being raised in the field of Labor Law in relation to dichotomy between the status of employee or self-employed in digital platforms.
