description The COVID-19 pandemic beginning in 2020 has forced national governments to take extreme measures to contain the spread of the infection. At the same time, closed borders, measures of isolation and social distancing have become an incentive for the modernization and development of new technologies in human life. Digitalization and distance services, including online education, remote working, as well as information and communication technologies, are accelerating the process of integrating technological and social systems and changing the socio-political landscape, where global interaction is transforming, including the increasing role of international organizations. Already beginning to improve its activities ISESCO has great technological opportunities for transformations in the post-covid period to develop human capital and support intercultural dialogue. Today this issue is very important for this organization. Using a variety of analytical and predictive tools, experts talk about the political, economic and social impact of the crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. At the same time, it is clear that humanity is already undergoing epoch-making changes: the impact of significant changes in the economy and society will lead the world to the next stage of its development. Key words: COVID-19 pandemic, “digital” development, technologies, international organizations, ISESCO.
