description | Background. This study was conducted in order to identify new areas of assessment
of reserves for the use of the innovative potential of industrial enterprises. The article considers and presents a system of indicators that are the most reliable in assessing the
reserves of the use of innovative potential by industrial enterprises and the level of readiness
for the implementation of industrial enterprises. Methods. General scientific methods
were used: system-logical, complex assessment, as well as descriptive statistical analysis,
methods of economic and mathematical modeling. Results. Based on the studied indicators,
it is possible to predict the potential of an innovative product on the market, as well as to
determine the financial and economic capabilities of industrial enterprises. The proposed
methods of assessing the reserves of the use of innovations for the technological potential and
efficiency of the development of the economic activity of an industrial enterprise, which allow
determining the growth rates of the main economic indicators of the organization. Conclusions.
As a result of the conducted research, a model has been developed to assess the level
of influence of human capital on the innovative potential of an industrial enterprise. |
