description | In many countries around the world, a good education is a major concern. Academic institutions' performance in a highly competitive education market is determined by the level of education they provide. Absolute quality management (TQM), which is recognized as an important management philosophy for performance growth, customer loyalty, and operational excellence, is attracting the attention of educators, policymakers, academics, and researchers. Since this theory was first formulated in the industrial industry, there is a lot of skepticism about whether it can be applied to education. In this regard, the primary goal of this research is to see whether TQM and education are compatible. Simultaneously, this research would attempt to recognize core problems in the implementation of TQM in education. It is expected that this research will be able to draw a concrete conclusion about the applicability of TQM in education, as well as raise awareness about the difficulties that will arise in implementing TQM in education. |
