In recent years, with the development of functional imaging, especially functional magnetic resonance imaging has been used by many researchers to study the pathogenesis and recovery mechanism of post-stroke aphasia. This article summarized the advances in imaging research of post-stroke aphasia, in order to provide reference for exploring the pathogenesis, disease progression and recovery mechanism, and forecast the future direction of research.
