Summary:Anselm Canterbury is rightly one of the philosophers who boldly set out to theologize through the use of ample possibilities of reason for rational interpretation of the most complex problems. This aspect of his work is covered differently, but without proper depth, in the scientific literature. The main purpose of this study is to carry out a deeper analysis of the rational approaches of this scholastic philosopher to the main problem of Christianity - the problem of God.
