Resumo: | In the work carried out on the territory of VolGAU in the center for breeding valuable sturgeon species, the effect of the microbial protein Gaprin introduced into the diets of experimental fish was studied on young sterlet grown in the RAS system. The data obtained as a result of the study in individuals of the experimental groups that were fed feeds with microbial protein and its partial replacement of fish meal in the percentage ratio of 25% / 75%, 50% / 50%, 75% / 25% were analyzed. A positive effect of Gaprin on the dynamics of live weight, absolute, relative and average daily gains, morphometric parameters of the body and survival of aquatic organisms was determined empirically. A pattern was revealed in the experimental groups associated with a decrease in the feed coefficient and an increase in ichthyomass as the proportion of microbial protein introduced into aquafeeds for sturgeons increased. Samples of stool from experimental young sterlet were examined for residual amino acid content and chemical composition. It was found that Gaprin does not have a negative effect on the digestibility of nutrients from feed and the healthy functioning of the gastrointestinal tract of aquatic organisms.
