Description
Summary:This article focuses on the Members of Parliament elected in 2011 to draft a new constitution for Tunisia. It insists on the great diversity of their profiles and shows how a part of them, mostly members of the majority, built resources alternative to those of the pre-revolution elite. These resources paradoxically based on imprisonment or exile, provided the MPs with alternative legitimacy but also with a specific praxis within the parliament: work habits, group cohesiveness, and capacity to forge alliances.
