The practice of human organs trafficking has been widely spread in Moldova for over 10 years. However, this phenomenon did not encourage any detailed research in the legal theory. In this context, this article represents a profound analysis of the crimes of human and child trafficking with purpose of harvesting human organs and tissues. Therefore, the author revealed and analyzed several judicial problems and applicable criminal provisions concerning the legal qualification of the human trafficking with purpose of harvesting human organs and tissues, as well as the harvesting of the transplantation material.
