Busca-se apresentar duas abordagens para a análise dos atos impolidos, demonstrando de que maneira elas podem ser complementares no estudo da impolidez. Dessa forma, a interseção entre elas permite, além da classificação dos atos impolidos, descrever a organização textual dos comentários a fim de desvelar a estrutura dos discursos ofensivos e a ação dos internautas na negociação de faces, lugares e territórios.

Abstract: Once the internet is a space in which there is a huge circulation of strongly polemical discourses, prone to the materialization of insults and verbal agressions, the purpose of this paper is to investigate the strategies used by the interactors when constructing their intervention in the digital media. The perspective of the analysis is centered on the model of impoliteness suggested by Culpeper (1996, 2005) and on the Modular Approach to Discourse Analysis (ROULET; FILLIETTAZ; GROBET, 2001). We seek to present two approaches to the analysis of impolite acts, demonstrating how they can be complementary in the study of impoliteness. In this way, the intersection between them allows, besides the classification of the impolite acts, to describe the textual organization of the comments in order to reveal the structure of offensive discourses and the action of the internet users in the negotiation of faces, places and territories.
