The set of the radiation-ecological factors affecting social and economic development of polluted territories, health and mood of the population, has no analogues in Russia, therefore it is necessary to offer and formulate the basic directions of rehabilitation policy on liquidation of consequences of radiation extreme situation for a conclusion of similar territories from crisis. |
