Angiomyolipomas (AML) are the most important differential diagnosis because both are large fat-containing lesions. Herein, a patient with upper pole kidney liposarcoma with tumor invasion to renal vein and IVC is presented. The optimal management is radical nephrectomy and IVC tumor resection.
