The purpose of this study was to provide a theoretical basis for the subject of cultural intelligence and to assess the cultural intelligence scale (CQS) validity in the Egyptian organizations. The CQS was administered to a sample of 66 Egyptian managers working in international firms in Egypt. Results of a confirmatory composite analysis (CCA) supported the four-factor structure of the CQS: metacognitive, cognitive, motivational, and behavioral. In addition, the results indicated that the Arabic version of the CQS is a reliable and valid instrument for measuring an individual’s intercultural intelligence. |
