Summary: | This research aimed 1) to evaluate the implementation of community enterprises in the Upper Northeastern Region of Thailand, 2) to analyze the development guidelines of community enterprises in the Upper Northeastern Region of Thailand. The research used a descriptive qualitative method and collected data using in-depth interviews with 9 community enterprises, involving a total of 18 people. Content analysis of community enterprise implementation found that community enterprises and student groups cooperated to develop 4 are as of the community enterprise, namely; participation, product development, production and distribution channels. A guideline for the development of the community enterprise was determined using the marketing mix strategy including product, price, place, marketing communication and support from relevant organizations, in order to create a network for the development of sustainable community enterprises.
