Summary:The subject of the research is the anti-crisis potential of the enterprise. The purpose of the work is to investigate the peculiarities of using anti-crisis management of anti-crisis potential to overcome various types of crises in the enterprise. The article solves the following tasks: on the base of the classification of crises in the enterprise, the anti-crisis potential is filled up according to each type of crisis, and it is determined which its components are used in anti-crisis management. Theoretical and methodological basis of the article is the scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists who were engaged in research on the issues of crisis management and anti-crisis potential. In the process of our study we used a set of scientific methods and approaches. They are systemic, structural and functional, analysis and synthesis, comparison. The following results were obtained: The relationship of crisis management to crisis in the part of realization of anti-crisis potential for overcoming of these crises is investigated. It is determined, which filling will have anti-crisis potential in accordance with the type of crisis that arose in the enterprise in a specific area of its activity. It is ascertained how components of the anti-crisis potential can be used in crisis management. It is established how types of crises affect the management of anti-crisis potential by their state, scale and reasons. It is characterized how the components of crisis management potential are used in crisis management in accordance with the following types of crises: economic, financial, social, informational, organizational and managerial, production-technological, sales, supply. It is also determined that in the context of any crisis, anti-crisis potential includes financial, labor, organizational and managerial, information, production and resource components. In addition to economic, production-technological and supply crises, innovative, investment, marketing, scientific, technical and logistic components can be used. To financial, organizational, managerial and marketing types can be used all the components above, except investment. To social crises can be used only those ones, which are used at any crisis. It is determined that the additional factor of influence on the crisis management are the types of crises that are related to other classification features by state, scale, and reasons. The paper also describes how these crises affect the crisis management.
