In this context, seven residential complexes were selected for the study. The method of this research is descriptive-analytical. A questionnaire method was used to gather information. Statistical society of the study were resident households in residential complexes. In this regard, 1000 questionnaires were distributed in seven residential complexes. For data analysis, average scores comparison method, Shannon entropy model, two-dimensional analysis method and also confirmatory factor analysis method were used. In this study, 47 factors were investigated. The conclusion of the residents' opinions of the seven residential complexes studied in the metropolis of Rasht, showed that the situations of 51% of the factors are at "undesirable" and "very undesirable" level. The results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that physical factors in the internal dimension of housing with a variance of 77.22%, have the greatest impact and importance on the desirability of residential complexes. |
