For the development, reports have been selected that have permeated the educational practices with the thematic in the last five years.  In order to achieve this work, it was neces-sary to raise the following question: Theater school integrates the different areas of knowledge and enables integration with the curriculum disciplines? The target audience were students Application Col-lege of the University of Londrina - Paraná. The analysis intended to deepen scientific knowledge using the literature in narrative or epic, lyric or dramatic to identify the most significant aspects of theater in school. The importance of this study resides precisely in the fact that the Theater is a language that shows the most natural in man; by which you can check, even, that prehistoric man and the post-modern are not far apart. In order to explore the theme, we use as theoretical reference the following authors: (Arcoverde, 2008), (Ostrower, 1983), (Fontoura, Santos, Codevila, 2016), (Cavassin, 2008), (Vigotsky, 1998 and 2005), Cartaxo, 2001). This is an action research, empirically based. Among other results it was found that the Theater contributes to the reading various texts and contexts, present in the high school curriculum.
