Description
Summary:Where does the reading of law come from? the answer lies in the following: the imperative and pressure. After the imperative postulations, it is very important to estimate how law is interpreted by reason. Therefore, completely unexpectedly, we open the issue of the construction, reading and interpretation of law with the issue of pain, which is often very skillfully avoided. Pain may come out of the construction, reading and interpretation of law because law is not created just for the sake of creating, but in order to be applied, or for people to behave in compliance with it. In this way, it can be a source of immeasurable pain.
