description | The article tried to find points of contact and compare two different ways of organizing work in the state: the public and private sectors. It was chosen to analyse and look at the provided perspectives and employee motivation opportunities in the civil service and the corporation. Is it possible to equate the way of organizing the work of the state, by which the state ensures its functions and services to the public, to corporate management? Every self-respecting country must have a prestigious and competitive civil service. In order to make the civil service competitive in the labour market, the government is undertaking another civil service reform. How effective the new reform will be, the public will not feel it immediately. Differences and similarities, shortcomings and new discoveries in public service to ensure and meet the needs of society. The article provides analytical information about the place and role of the civil service in the modern, rapidly changing society. The new public management plays a big role in the human resources management of the civil service; therefore, an attempt was made to compare the experience of the civil service and private corporations, and the comparative analysis method was chosen for the study. |
