| Summary: | The objective of this paper is to tell a personal experience lived in a Superconductivity and Magnetism Research Laboratory, in a Public Federal University. Relevant aspects of everyday activities in a modern Physics research laboratory are described, personal views of the researchers regarding their work are identified, and some thoughts attempting to relate these findings and contemporary epistemological views are presented. This description together with a brief epistemological analysis might contribute to current discussions on the nature of Science and its implications for Physics teaching. |
