Summary: | «Law and Literature» names a space of encounter between the strangest objects and disciplines. That space took the form of the «Law and Literature movement», and since the 70s, it has evolved, grown and expanded into multiple directions. The importance of «law and literature» can be measured in terms of this expansion, but also considering the profound debts to the movement held by many legal scholars and many of the most important discussions in the field of law. This paper reconstructs the trajectory of the law and literature movement in order to show the importance of this discussion in the legal field since the institutional foundation in the 70s to the first years of the new millennium. |
