Summary:Nowadays, an unrealistic common sense on the understanding of the phenomenon of the war prevails in the Occident. That may be explained by the transformation of the analytical perspective of the State into one of the civil society, as well as of the historical loss of the meaning of human action. The text argues that the criticism to the unilateralism of the USA hides serious problems of reality perception that hinders the development of the debate in the area of the international relations. The conclusion is that the current international order is in transition, having been brokered by the emergency of the global terrorism, that ended up leading the USA to take over a strong warlike decisionism against any kind of threat to the global safety.
