| Summary: | Devided the concentration administration civil servant completing the job caused by unlimited internet facility Cyberloafing is any behaviors of employees that using their companies internet for personal purpose during office hours. Self control is one of the individual internal factor that causes cyberloafing. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship self control with cyberloafing. Method of the research is quantitative correlation with the instrument about cyberloafing behaviour scale and self control scale. Quantity of subject is about 90 people civil servants of administration from Agricultural department, Education department, Transportation Department, Health department and Youth and sports department in Malang city with purposive sampling technique. The results showed there was a negative correlation between self control with the cyberloafing behavior (r= -0,206 and p= 0,049) from the calculation of product moment pearson. This means the low self control owned civil servant the higher cyberloafing behaviour done. |
