Description
Summary:The role of lectins and diazotrophic microorganisms as polyfunctional components for creation of new lectin-bacterial biological composition with a view to practical application of agro biotechnology were discussed on the base of literature data and personal author’s experimental results. Phytolectins characterized by varied biological activity such as bioeffector, adap togen, growth-regulatory, fungicide and com munication to the components of a system «plant–soil–microorganisms» in molecular, cellular, organism and systemic levels of organization and functioning of agrophytocenosis. Rhizobacteria have many positive effects on plants and soil, the most determinative among the effects are the ability to fix molecular nitrogen of atmosphere, synthesis of hormonal and antibiotical substances, mobilization of sparingly soluble soil phosphates and decomposition of hazardous chemical compounds. It was justified creation of a new class of lectin-bacterial compositions on a base of phytolectins and diazotrophic microorganisms for increasing of productive potential of symbioses and associations, adaptable plasticity and plants protection and soil ecology improvement as well.
