| Summary: | This research includes examination of cultural characteristics of Adana City which represent rapid population growth and economic development. Three districts (Yenibey, Akkapı ve Yurt) were chosen as a research area. To achieve our goal questionnaire method was applied to collect data about factors (education, health, housing, social security, local administrations, environment, salary, the number of children in family etc.) that have an affect on cultural formation. Chi-Square test was used in order to understand whether the differences among districts are significant. Additionally, Chi-Square test used for identification of the relationships between districts and socio-economic factors.
