description Based on the traditional cycloidal pinwheel reducer,the improved new type of cycloidal needle roller vibration attenuation reducer has added a new structure called flexible pad,which would reduce and prevent the high frequency fluctuations of a motor and the high frequency fluctuations produced in the transmission process,the whole performance and life of the equipment can be improved. The corresponding comparison and choice of the material parameters for the flexible pad is carried out through accurately modeling and finite element modal analysis. The results show that the maximum deformation of all the comparative reducers are in the normal range,and with the increase of the materials hardness,the maximum deformation order has gradually increasing trend. The new type of cycloidal needle roller vibration attenuation reducer which added the flexible pad,will be better able to avoid resonance.
