| description | Pioneering universities have focused on the students' supremacy in the field of leadership, especially spiritual leadership, due to the complexities of today's world and the excellence of the human society. The aim of this research is to provide a model for the spiritual development of students in Islamic Azad University. Research has been done with a qualitative approach and content analysis strategy. To this end, the study of the related specialized texts related to spirituality leadership and students development, as well as semi-structured interviews with 14 academic scholars (related professors and senior managers of Islamic Azad University and managers of science & research unit) to data saturation were selected through targeted sampling. Data analysis was conducted through open and axial coding, which resulted in the extraction of 368 open codes and 18 categories. Finally, a model consisting of 3 dimensions and 85 components as the core of the model with 10 effective factors, 3 strategies, 38 mechanisms and 5 consequences was developed |
