description Anomalous origin of the right coronary artery (RCA) from the left coronary sinus is a rare congenital anomaly. Here, we report a case of a 54-year-old symptomatic woman who was admitted with a history of unstable angina pectoris, hypertension, coronary arteriosclerosis, diabetes mellitus, hypercholesterolemia and previous coronary bypass operation (CABG).
