The formation of the International Criminal Court aimed at achieving international criminal justice, by prosecuting and punishing international crimes. <br /> The legal relationship between the commission and the court was organized according to several legal texts. This research aims to address the nature of this relationship and its legal consequences in the field of cooperation in punishing the perpetrators of violations of international humanitarian law and the shortcomings in this relationship in many aspects. |
