| Summary: | The article reveals the interdependence of information society development and civic education, shows the relationship of these processes. Also, the main parameters of a modern society relating to globalization and the impact on education of the person are the object of analysis. With the reference to the example of the leading Soviet pedagogy educator, A.S. Makarenko, an attempt is made to identify the main features of civil identity formation within the national educational institutions, especially in the national tradition of human socialization, the main of which is a combination of legal education with the moral formation of the person.
