Summary:The main objective of this paper is to develop a methodology for quality management of human perfomance at that is integrated into the Management Model of Human Capital in the branch of passenger of Santiago of Cuba. During the research development were used the following methods and techniques: historical and logical analysis-synthesis, induction-deduction and empirical methods such as surveys, interviews, group work, QFD, among others. The main results of this work will focus on two main directions given by the key areas detailed analysis of the company, in terms  the performance of its human capital and the most comprehensive assessment of this, to make to the model approach and quality tool for diagnostic.
