| Summary: | The article is devoted to the problems associated with the progress in science and technology and the formation of information technology paradigm, the core element of which are information and communication technologies. Studying information technology paradigm, revealing its architectonics and describing the composition, the authors consider its essential features, such as the comprehensiveness of the impact of new technologies, flexibility, network logic of organizations of any system types and any relations. Particular attention is paid to the information which status changed in connection with technological convergence, creating information and communication system. It is equally important to demonstrate that information technology paradigm, gaining impressive strength and establishing itself in society, sets in motion the constant of being and influences all spheres of human life. |
