Before joining the Laudes Foundation, she worked at the Ethos Institute for eight years supporting businesses from diverse sectors to develop their sustainability strategies and goals.Ilan Vuddamalay is the Senior Programme Manager of the labour rights team at the Laudes Foundation where she works to support partnerships in policy advocacy in the EU aimed at promoting incentives for corporate accountability.
