Description
Summary:This paper aims to describe the types of space in the poetry of folk poet Stanisława Plewińska in her debut poetry collection Polny kwiat (Flower of the Field) and to identify the linguistic and stylistic means used to create the space types. The study of lexical and stylistic material has shown that the poet from Deszczno depicts various types of space: her immediate surroundings, the region, Poland, and the world. It should be noted that in most cases the space of her home is present in her lyrical description.
