Summary:<p class="Resumen">This article started from considering insufficiency on teachers’ professional work at Health Technology Faculty in Santiago de Cuba, which is a limitation for their formative action towards their own students. It aimed to give a methodology with a system of reflexive procedures to the competence formation for educational orientation in the Faculty, and it consequently may contribute to a right teachers’ professional work as a way to improve the students’ formative process. Taking into consideration the social role corresponding to those teachers on integrated formation of their students; it is assumed that method in forming the competence. This method is useful for teachers reflecting and being aware of their own insufficiency, and it is driven dynamically through reflexive procedures, so that they allow getting structured all valuable criteria to test that competence formation. </p>
