| description | Objective To observe the curative effect of acupoint application Yao medicine hydrotherapy ointment on insomnia. Methods Totally 40 patients with insomnia were treated with acupoint application of Yao medicine hydrotherapy ointment once a day, 30 days as a course of treatment. During the treatment, Traditional Chinese medicine nursing interventions were carried out during the treatment. After one course of treatment, the total effective rate, scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) and the short-form 36 (SF-36) Questionnaire were observed. Results The total effective rate of treatment was 77. 50% (31/40). Scores of sleep quality and sleep time subscales were significantly improved compared with those before intervention (P<0. 05). The score of SF-36 after intervention was (118.35+-10.35), which was significantly higher than that before treatment(95.36+-9.35) (P<0. 01). Conclusion The acupoint application of Yao medicine hydrotherapy ointment is effective in the treatment of insomnia and improving patients’ quality of life. (目的 观察瑶药水疗膏穴位贴敷在失眠患者中的应用效果。方法 选取40例失眠患者为研究对象, 给予瑶药水疗膏穴位贴敷, 1次/d, 30 d为1个疗程。贴敷过程中配合中医护理干预。1个疗程后评估干预效果, 对比干预前和干预后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)及36条简明健康状况调查量表(SF36)评分情况。结果 总有效率77. 50%(31/40)。干预后PSQI积分中睡眠质量、睡眠时间等维度评分较干预前改善, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05); 干预后SF-36评分(118. 35+-10. 35)分, 高于治疗前的(95. 36+-9. 35)分, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01)。结论 瑶药水疗膏穴位贴敷疗法能有效改善失眠患者睡眠质量, 提高生活质量。) |
