Specific features of current integration processes in the agro-industrial complexes were substantiated. They imply the combination of developing cooperation relations between small and medium business entities at the horizontal level and shaping the system of contractual relations at the vertical level, i. e. between large business entities (agrarian holdings) and small business forms. Clusters, as a modern form of structural economic establishments based on inter-company cooperation which aims at enhancing competitive advantages of national economies were considered. |
