However, contribute to shed light to one of the most respectable achievements of psychology after its regulation: the construction of its code of conduct. The text provides an insight into the meaning of a code of conduct for both the professional as to society and then displays contextualized historical data on origin of the four Code of Ethics for the Psychologist (CEPP) and other Resolutions of the Federal Council of Psychology related to them. Finally, the author makes a critical analysis of the current CEPP and a note about the referential character, so that professional psychologists should consider, besides the CEPP, values nurtured throughout his personal and professional development. |
