Summary:This study aims to identify and to analyse key moments of evolution, present form, and even institutional support of international regime of outer space and celestial bodies in the spirit of existing customary, treaty, and non-binding soft law norms of international public law. These analyses will allow us to identify the most important problems and challenges of international cosmic law as one of the youngest sub-sections of international public law.
