In Argentina isolated experimental initiatives appear and rules contemplate their potential development. The work explores some conceptual elements and first technical and regulatory initiatives in Argentina. The aim of this work is to put in relation ideas, public policies and local experiences that are advancing in Argentina, showing their trajectories and articulations. |
