Summary:The matter of motivation represents a very complex psychological problem that must be reviewed while researching from very wide aspect of the value components that are dominant in the social environment. Karate as a sport is an integral part of the social system and follows all value criteria that currently exist. Results of research held on the survey method that conducted sample of 170 respondents including various manager positions among karate clubs in Vojvodina, are based on determined expression of their interconnections of motivational dispositions of particular mangers in karate sport. In other words the existence of certain indicated motivational dispositions is indicated and explained in the light of various important aspects of managerial positions that are significant element in this sport.
