| Summary: | The article reveals theoretical and methodological foundations of the concept of the life cycle of systems. It allocates two main methodical approaches to assessment of the life cycle of a city as an open socio-economic system: Malthusian and functional. It identifies main parameters of assessment of the city life cycle. It allocates indicators of the first and second orders in Malthusian and functional approaches, which allowed determination of their basic structural differences. It offers to use the proposed methodical approaches for allocation and study of a fragment of the Kiev city life cycle. It identifies that significant change of functional direction of Kiev economy and structure of active economic potential of the city took place in the end of XX century. It substantiates a necessity of use of results of the functional approach of analysis of the city life cycle when developing strategic documents of development.<br>В статье раскрыты теоретико-методологические основы концепции жизненного цикла систем. Выделены два основных методико-методических подходыа к оценке жизненного цикла города как открытой социально-экономической системы: мальтузианский и функциональный. Определены основные параметры оценки жизненного цикла города. Выделение показателей первого и второго порядков в мал��тузианском и функциональном подходах позволило определить их основные структурные различия. На основе использования предложенных методических подходов был выделен и исследован фрагмент жизненного цикла города Киева. Определено, что в конце ХХ в. произошло существенное изменение функционального направления экономики Киева и структуры активного экономического потенциала города. Обоснована необходимость использования результатов функционального подхода анализа жизненного цикла города при разработке стратегических документов развития. |
