| Summary: | This scientific study deals with the issue of individual methods of forced termination of membership in a cooperative. The study is written according to the legislation contained in Act No. 90/2012 Sb., on business companies and cooperatives (Act on business corporations), as amended by Act No. 33/2020 Sb. and No. 163/2020 Sb., which entered into force on 1. 7. 2020 and 1. 1. 2021. Specifically, the individual methods of forced termination of membership in a cooperative are analysed, which are bankruptcy, discharge of debt, execution, and expulsion of a member. |
