Histological examination revealed the hemodynamic disturbances in the stroma of the organ and degenerative changes of hepatocytes from 1 to 40 days of the experiment. Perls histochemical reaction demonstrated the accumulation of modified iron nanoparticles in cells of the mononuclear phagocyte system of the liver. Number of Perlspositive macrophages decreased during the experiment from 1 to 40 per day. |
